Young Yogis: 4 - 12 years old

Yoga is a great way to turn children on to the beauty inside. Our Young Yogi classes foster a sense of community and growth for our children. Through exploration of poses, games, stories, and music, our children can investigate the sensations of body, mind, and spirit. These classes have a broad age range to encourage sibling group participation, as well as empathy and likeness across developmental levels.


Growing Yogis: 9-14 years old

Our Growing Yogi program is a great opportunity for slightly older yogis to begin a more personal exploration of yoga. These classes are designed to teach school-age children coping skills: stress reduction, self-esteem, anger management, and creativity. We will begin to explore refinement of poses, breathing techniques, stories and traditions of yoga. Yoga classes are a fun, non-competitive, and relaxing way for older children to explore their inner light!
