Class Descriptions: Current On Going Classes
We offer classes for Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced students. Our primary style of teaching is "Vinyasa Flow Yoga" - a flowing class linking breath with movement promoting mindful harmony of mind, body and spirit. Vinyasa Flow is a fun, life affirming form of yoga where the body and mind playfully explore yoga postures that are carefully sequenced. Descriptions of classes vary from studio to studio, to alleviate any confusion we've included a simple description of whether each class is Gentle, Moderate or Vigorous. For example, a level 3 class elsewhere is the same as our Level 2 class.
Restorative Yoga
A gentle class to reduce physical & emotional effects of stress. Practice supported yoga postures using blankets, blocks and straps, that open the body, while slowing down the racing mind. The result is relaxation, greater mental clarity, improved alignment and physical freedom. Breath work is included. VERY GENTLEGentle Basics

Students experience the meditative benefits of yoga through linking of breath with movement. This class promotes balance, flexibility, and stress reduction. GENTLELevel 1
Kundalini
A class using sound, breath, simple yoga postures, deep relaxation and meditation. Each class is designed to strengthen the physical body, awaken the spirit, and instill a healed state of consciousness. Appropriate for all both new and experienced students alike. MODERATESadhana: Kundalini and Meditation
When we gather to do Sadhana together we create a positive energy in our lives. The phrase "ambrosial hours" refers to morning Sadhana time, which can fall between 3 AM and 7 AM. Generally a full morning sadhana runs from 4 AM to 6:30 AM. Two and a half hours. Part of the concept is a form of daily tithing, to give 10% of one’s day to one’s higher consciousness. The goal of spiritual practice is to go from ordinary human suffering (and where need be, from neurotic misery) to the awakening of one’s higher consciousness, transcending the times and circumstances of one’s life. I do not think that 10% of one’s day is too high a price to pay for that work. MODERATEYoga for Men Only
This class is for men only. Learn the practical practice of Yoga poses and movements to address stress and restore fitness in your body. Invigorating, balancing breath work and meditation will also be offered to promote mental calmness and focus. Practice yoga within the comfort of this mens only class working at your own pace.
