I came to Total Body Yoga to see if there was another evening class I could take to supplement my gym workouts. With in 2 months, I completely switched my routine, cancelled my gym membership and now take classes at the studio 3-4 times a week instead. My stress level has significatly reduced, and my practice has really impacted my overall outlook on life. It has been such a positive and rewarding experience.

Yoga at Total Body Yoga has been both a mentally and physically enriching experience for me. Tim: As an endurance athlete, I have discovered the importance of maintaining
flexibility. Yoga has become part of my exercise regimen because it has improved flexibility and has aided with recovery from long workouts. I'm sure that it has also helped with injury prevention and overall athletic performance. Silvia has taught classes that focus on specific areas, such as hips and hamstrings, that are common problematic areas for runners and cyclist. Silvia and her staff are passionate about yoga and are more than willing to help you incorporate yoga into an exercise program.
TBY puts the 'yo' in yoga. It's like 'yo what a great place! 'yo, what great
instructors!', 'yo, what a great workout!'. I've been to places that put the
'og' in yoga and, if you think about it, 'og' is too close to 'ug'. Silvia and
her staff definitely have that 'yo'!

When I was in dire need of some emotional/physical help I stumbled upon Silvia and Total Body Yoga and it has changed my life. This is my second time in Silvia’s class and I’m hooked. I enjoy the atmosphere that is created. I noticed increased flexibility and less lower back pain after my first class. This class is a great addition to my exercise routine.

My teacher is very sensitive to the individual student’s varying skill levels and teaches accordingly. Her explanations and instruction of the different poses are very clear and she has a very calming, fluid manner, suited to relaxation and yoga in general.

My life has been positively transformed by the teachers and classes I take at Total Body Yoga. As a marathon runner, I used to be injured and sore from training. Since I joined TBY, I run injury and pain-free. Although I still am not flexible enough to touch my toes, TBY teachers offer alternatives for different levels of practice in the same class.
I just completed a Kundalini class and I really enjoyed it. I will be coming back to the Kundalini class and many more.
