Young Yogis: Wednesday's & Saturday's

This class is designed to accommodate all children between the ages of 4 and 12 years old. The age span provides the opportunities for siblings to attend class together (and mom or dad can take the adult class at the same time). Classes will be adjusted depending on the age group of the children in attendance so as to best serve all of the children. Expectations for children are based on their age and developmental level. Games enhance the exploration of yoga in this class.

Wednesday  5:00pm to 6:00pm Young Yogis: Ages 4-12

Class runs continuously throughout the summer, fall, winter, and spring. Adult Intermediate class offered at same time.


Saturday  9:15am to 10:30am Young Yogis: Ages 4-12

Class runs continuously throughout the summer, fall, winter, and spring. Adult Beginner class offered at same time.  

Growing Yogis: Thursday's

This class is for older children and children with experience in yoga classes. Children who are in third grade and older are welcome in this class. Self-esteem and coping skills are enhanced through the practice of asana, pranayama, and guided meditation. This class provides a bridge for children into adult yoga classes. Although the class is still playful, the structure is similar to our adult classes. The Vinyasa Flow style is introduced.

Thursday  6:15pm to 7:15pm Growing Yogis: Ages 9-14

Class runs continuously throughout the summer, fall, winter, and spring. Adult Beginner class offered at same time.
