Corporate Yoga
We offer Corporate Yoga classes and one-time workshops at a reasonable price, customized to best fit your needs. Perhaps you might like to offer a one-time Stress Management Workshop or a series of Corporate Yoga classes - we are committed to providing you a superior program, specifically tailored to your organization. Some of our other corporate fitness clients include: Rust-Oleum, STS Consultants Ltd., Trustmark, Enesco and Weekenders.
We design our Corporate Yoga classes for all fitness and experience levels - beginners through advanced. These classes are typically one hour in length and generally take place during lunch hours or after work. We welcome the opportunity to share the wellness benefits of yoga with your employee's. We are available at your convenience to discuss bringing Corporate Yoga or a one-time Wellness workshop to your company.
We have teachers conveniently available to you in both the Northern Suburbs and in Chicago.

- Yoga for the Lower Body: Poses to target feet, legs, hips. Emphasis on standing poses.
- Yoga for the Upper Body: Learn poses to tone the arms, back and shoulders
- Yoga for Home Practice: Focus on basic elements of breath and flow. Discussion of sun salutations & an invigorating, flowing session.
- Hip Openers: Poses designed to open the pelvis and hips.
- Core Yoga: Core refers to the anterior and posterior abdominal area that supports our entire body in all we do. Strength and flexibility in this area allows us to maintain good postural alignment while allowing free movement that contributes to prevention of back injury.
- Arm Balances: Poses focused on developing core strength using arm balances and other poses.
- Benefits of Yoga for Children: Interactive lecture and practice for adults and children between the ages of 8 years old to 13 years old. Introduction to "playing" yoga for kids using stories, games, and music
