AUGUST 17^TH, 2008:  We are sovereign over our domain.  We are each Kings and Queens of the democracy of our bodies.  And I just know in my heart that we all aspire to rule our kingdoms peacefully.  This involves assessing our territory which is sometimes a bit rough.  The terrain is vast and it can easily be bogged down in knots and blockages related to stress. 

Out of a great need

We are all holding hands

And climbing.

Now loving is a letting go.

Dangerous

We need to come home to ourselves and hold our own hand first and foremost so we can transform any negative energy into peace and joy.  The Buddha put it like this, “The object of your practice should first of all be yourself.  Your ability to love another person, depends on your ability to love yourself.”  May this practice help you restore the peace you deserve.  Shanti Om, Silvia
